Knowledge and experience helping your business deliver better healthcare Services

Connection. Collaboration. Commitment.

Working together, Debbie will help you define what outcomes you are seeking and will tell you upfront whether or not she can help you achieve those outcomes. You will learn that she works with organizations that have clearly defined goals and objectives.

By handcrafting solutions collaboratively in areas of value-based care, population health, digital and virtual care, and risk contracting, she will help you set strategies and define tactics and SMART goals that include timelines, deadlines, accountabilities, and solutions to course correct. Strategy and execution are her sweet spots.

As Chief Population Health Officer, she is known for building high-performance teams that can transition an organization’s operating system from one that is based on the volume of services to one based on the value and outcomes of those services. Her work at Essentia Health led to forty-two percent of the system’s fee-for-service revenue flowing through our value-based agreements after the transition. Her team’s work produced record earnings on shared savings which allowed them to reinvest new capital into enhanced chronic care programs, digital solutions to care delivery, screening programs for patients’ social needs, and building outreach programs to minimize health disparities and build health equity. She is known for producing results.

She uses data-driven strategies and solutions to create value-based care strategies and new approaches to population health.

Her three decades of executive healthcare experience on a national level, with a history of experience in large, multi-state, integrated healthcare delivery systems, coupled with access to industry’s involvement and insights into emerging opportunities has provided value to clients seeking to grow, diversify and improve their value.
